On a recent morning at around 10 AM, Khowai’s Counting Observer S. Madhuranthagi paid a visit to the Khowai Sub-Divisional Magistrate’s office to inspect the counting hall and strong room. Upon arrival, she was accompanied by Khowai Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Assistant Returning Officer (ARO) Megha Jain, as well as Additional District Magistrate Kesab Kar and other administrative officials.
